Historic Elesavetgrad Cemetery

Elesavetgrad is a 2.6 acre Jewish cemetery located in Southeast Washington, DC.

There are currently six Jewish organizations associated with the cemetery.

  • Beth Sholom Congregation & Talmud Torah
  • Kesher Israel Congregation
  • Southeast Hebrew Congregation
  • Tifereth Israel Congregation
  • DC Hebrew Beneficial Association
  • Bet Mishpachah Congregation

With over 2,700 burials, and over an acre available for future burials, Elesavetgrad Cemetery offers many quality advantages for your pre-planned eternal resting place:

  • Upright or flat monuments
  • No liners required, greatly reducing the expense of burial
  • Easily accessible by car, metro & bus
